Celebrating a 10 years of hard work, Rocky Patel released Decade in 2008. The cigar reached high accolades with a 95 rating in Cigar Aficionado. These limited run cigars will sell out quickly, dont miss the opportunity to enjoy one today!
Joya de Nicaragua Antaño Dark Corojo is Alejandro Martinez-Cuenca’s boldest creation to date. Made with 3 years old Nicaraguan tobaccos boasting a 75% ligero blend and a dark Corojo wrapper from the Jalapa Valley, this cigar is definitely a powerhouse! Never before has there been a puro so creamy, rich and smooth yet simultaneously so enthrallingly robust at its core. This is a cigar that will put Joya back in the forefront of full-bodied cigars but very smooth at the same time
Le Bijou is French for "the jewel," and 1922 refers to the year Jose "Pepin" Garcia's father was born. The original My Father was created in secret by Pepin's son Jaime, who conceived of the cigar as a tribute to his father. This new creation is Pepin's way of honoring his own father.
The new cigars have an all-Nicaraguan blend. The wrapper is dark, called Habano Oscuro by the company. The original My Father has Nicaraguan filler and binder leaves, but an Ecuadoran wrapper grown from Habano seed.

Making a Straight Ligero cigar requires a unique understanding of the leaf. Ligero comes from the top of the tobacco plant. Its direct exposure to the sun darkens and thickens this leaf. Smaller than leaves lower on the plant, it also enjoys a concentration of nutrients. Habano Seed Ligero is recognized as the most full flavored leaf on a plant.
Additionally, the region in which this Habano Seed is grown plays a significant role in its flavor and strength.
-
Esteli Ligero
Is the strongest of all the Ligeros. It is used with care as it can overpower the other fillers in a cigar.
-
Condega Ligero
Is a medium body Ligero. Grown further north of Esteli. While still a very full body leaf, its more tame strength exhibits complex richness.
-
Jalapa Ligero
Is the smoothest of these powerhouses. Jalapa is the northern most tobacco region of Nicaragua. Jalapa Ligero is grown in a valley and enjoys less direct sun, the result is a full body leaf with a more noticeable range of flavor.
The flavor is very nice with a Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper, Columbian binder and 3 different fillers. Upper medium bodied with amazing flavor and aroma, simply pot, it is a fantastic smoke.
The United States' longstanding trade embargo with Cuba makes it impossible to use the original Havana filler, so they have partnered with manufacturers in Honduras and Nicaragua to blend his perfect product, aging and fermenting the tobacco, then rolling the cigars before aging them again in Spanish cedar boxes for 120 days. That process melds the flavors together to "mellow it out a bit".

Miami, FL., July 2, 2009 – We are proud to announce the NEW 2009 Camacho Liberty. This latest edition was blended by Christian Eiroa as an attempt to debunk the 2005 Liberty, which has been touted as the best Camacho Liberty to date. This particular issue is being offered with much anticipation as they were made in October 2007 using our one and only crop of Habano, a seed that has not been grown since and only yielded enough for a small amount of cigars. The blend is rich and complex and the body is medium to full. However, with this kind of flavor, the strength is secondary!
Only 40,000 Camacho Liberty 2009 cigars were made, all of which are packed in their own individual coffins. The NEW 2009 Camacho Liberty comes in boxes of 20 cigars and is now available at select retailers.
